Line Dancing is one of the popular classes. It is easy, fun, a great social class and no need for partners. Is a form of dance in which memory and execution come together. Dancers learn basic steps, rhythms and routines choreographed to music, thereby improving memory and balance. We have classes day and night.
Adult Tap (beginners/improvers)
This is not your regular tap class. This is a great class for beginners and everyone looking to get a great workout! Don't worry if you have never taken a tap class before.... most of us haven't ;)
West Coast Swing - This dance is danced to many different styles of music from R&B and Pop to Country. It is the latest and greatest partner dance!!
Two Step - This dance is danced to mainly Country and Pop music. It is a progressive dance that travels around the dance floor!
Cha Cha - This is a Latin style stationary dance that involves some awesome body movement and rhythm.
Leroc - This is great for anyone with two left feet! Its a great way of showing off your moves at wedding and other events!

This is such a fun class for ladies. We learn an easy sexy routine while having so much fun. It is for Ladies of ALL Sizes, ALL Abilities and All Ages (18+) We focus on laughter, fitness and confidence. There are modifications for physical restrictions so everyone can join in. This is an amazing Ladies night out, bring a friend or come meet some amazing ladies. Disclaimer - You may need Depends due to unbelievable about of laughter!
Come join us Saturday mornings for Flow and Gentle Yoga! We practice asana (postures) sprinkled in with breath work for a physical yet meditative practice that promises to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and balanced for your weekend!
In Flow Yoga, each movement into or out of a posture is timed with an inhalation or an exhalation in a choreographed sequence. The flowing movements may sometimes be combined with some longer holds of certain postures. The student generally experiences a sense of fluid motion, from which flow yoga gets its name.
We have Mats, Blankets and Blocks for you to use or bring your own.
